Music Mogul Scene “Didi” Comombs is facing new allegations of sexual assault as his high-profile federal trial continues for sex trafficking and racketing in Manhattan. Another woman, a former personal assistant, was identified as a “MIA”, on Thursday testified that Comombs raped her on at least two occasions while working for her.
Holding tears, Mia recalled a rigorous incident in which he said that the Comb forced oral sex on her, while she was frightened. “I just let it happen,” he said, describing a panel of gamblers. She also claimed that Combs raped her while she slept, unable to protest.
Facing life in jail
The 55 -year -old Combs requested not to be guilty for five federal allegations, including racketering and sex trafficking. Prosecutors allege that they included a decades of plan, including force, drugs, and manipulation, forcing women to harass sexual conditions referred to by male sex workers as “freak offs”.
Although Comombs has admitted to being derogatory in previous relationships, his legal team insisted that all sexual encounters agreed. During Mia’s testimony, Combes allegedly showed very little emotion, sometimes by passing notes to his lawyers.
How among the major witnesses
Earlier in the test, singer Casendra “Kaisi”, Ventura, the former girlfriend of Comombs, testified about physical and emotional misconduct during her 11 -year relationship. He accused the Comombs of raping the Comombs after his final breakup and said that he used the dangers of highlighting sex tapes to control his participation in “Freak Offs”.
Other witnesses, including friends and internal sources of the industry, painted a serious picture of the internal circle of the Combes. East of Danity Kane, Don Richard testified that she felt frightened by Comombs warning to keep quiet. Rapper Kid Qudi also took a stand, stating that his car was mysteriously set on fire in 2012, when Comombs discovered his previous relationship with Ventura.
Comombs are currently being held in a federal feature in Brooklyn. If convicted, he can withstand life imprisonment. Now in its third week, the test has attracted national attention due to the immense influence of Combes in the music industry.
