Foot: Pixel 9 Family Cutting Price, Samsung Tablet becomes concessional

In short, the major advantage of Google Pixel 9 Pro is 48MP 5X (113 mm) periscope camera. The 42MP ultra-wide selfie camera is also a good perk. Both phones use tenser G4, but the Pro has more RAM (16 GB vs 12 GB), which should help. Pro also features additional connectivity facilities such as UWB (for tracking tag) and satellite SOS (for emergency out of cell coverage).

This week offer is a non-pixel phone Samsung Galaxy A36. Even without a metal frame, we found its construction quality great. The screen is bright and the stereo speakers are loud, but some features such as HDR are missing. Nevertheless, Snapdragon 6 General 3 provides adequate performance and maintains it well after long use and battery life is very decent.

Next, Samsung pills. Going in ascending order means that we start with the Galaxy Tab S6 Light (2024), the third repetition. It has a large 40% discount on the 128GB model (64GB model is the same price due to a small discount). Exynos 1280 is fine and has a microSD slot, but 4GB of RAM is quite limited.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab is from the middle of 2023, but still a couple of OS updates have been left (it is just a UI7). It has a more powerful Snapdragon 8 General 2 chipset and 8 GB RAM, which helps in performance (also a microSD slot). The screen is an 11 ”120Hz OLED panel and you get full dex support (tab S6 light has a dex, but it is limited to its screen of the tablet).

Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ and tab S10 are ultra current models (there are no vanilla models in this generation). They have 12.4 ”and 14.6″ displays with 10,090mAh and 11,200mAh batteries respectively. Both imports are powered by 9300+ chipsets. Note that Tab S9 has been launched with Android 13 and only 4 OS updates have been promised, while the Tab S10 series came with Android 14 and receiving 7 OS updates.
