The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is now available in the US as the pre-order period ending on Friday. This means that there is no more free storage upgrade, but it also opens a way for some discounts.
Add the S25 edge with Amazon $ 50 gift card and, if you buy a 512GB model, you will also get a discount of $ 70. This is not much, but the phone is on sale only for a few days and this means that the difference between 256GB and 512GB is only $ 50.

The shore can be impressively thin (5.8 mm) and light (163 grams), but it is also the most expensive Galaxy S25 model at the moment. Yes, the Galaxy S25 Ultra has a high MSRP, but at this time there is a huge discount. The base 12/256GB model is $ 50 less than the edge (or the same, if you include gift cards) and the 512GB model is only $ 20 more.
The Galaxy S25 is ultra bulkier (8.2 mm, 218g), but has a large battery (5,000mAh vs. 3,900mAh) and a large display (6.9 “vs. 6.7”). It also has a 200MP camera and can take advantage of two telephoto modules to zoom-a 50MP 5x periscope (111 mm) and a 10MP 3x tele (67 mm), not to mention that its ultra-wide camera has a 50mp sensor (vs. 12MP). Excess bulk also helps cool cooling, so Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy has performed better than the edge in the ultra.

Samsung Galaxy S25+ is the same height and width to the edge, although it is thicker and heavy (7.3 mm, 190 grams) – to see how they stack, check 3D comparison to see how they stack. Plus does not have a 200MP camera-instead it is equipped with 50MP main and 10MP 3x (67 mm) tele, its ultra-wide edge (12MP). The battery is 1,000mAh larger than the edge. If weight is a concern, the vanilla Samsung Galaxy S25 weighs 162g – this is 1G less than the edge. Impressive engineering on the edge, given that the vanilla model has 6.2 “displays, not 6.7”. However, the battery keeps on growing – it is the smallest in the S25 family with defeating the vanilla model up to 100mAh. The camera position is similar to the S25+. In terms of price, S25 is less than $ 700.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 Fe is even cheaper – 8/128GB model is $ 545 at the moment, but you probably want 256GB model because storage will be very tight in years. It is an $ 610 – $ 75 lower compared to vanilla S25 and $ 140 less than S25+. The Fe has a 6.7 “screen like S25+ (well, not enough, it’s not a Ltpo panel) and a similar camera setup (50MP main, 8MP 3x/75 mm tele and 12MP ultra-wide).
However, it uses Exynos 2400E – a good chip, but Snapdragon 8 is not as good as Elite. You may want to spend extra and get an S25 flagship model because savings with Fe are not so large.

Apple iPad Air 11 and 13 were also refreshed in March and now it has Apple M3 chips. These are largely powerful, but iPados does not know what to do with that power. Yes, the stage manager (Apple’s multitasking solution for iPad), but it is not at the same level as the dex. Even the cost of 13 ”Hawaii is less than the Galaxy Tab S10+, however, it should be considered. Note that storage is not expandable.

You can take a step in power with Apple iPad Pro 11 and 13 – among them Apple M4. Again, you cannot use more than the M-Series chip, as you will do with MacBook. Nevertheless, professionals have better performances – bright leads OLEDs with 120Hz refresh rate, compared to 60Hz IPS LCD of AIRS.
