Shell has recently created a bulleted penant pattern on a daily chart – an ongoing pattern – and now gave a crucial breakout above this composition.
“This price action indicates the possibility of more side -of -the -art, if the stock is sustained above the breakout zone, then supported by the purchase of continuous purchases,” said Hardik Metalia, the derivatives analyst at Choice Broking.
Technically, the stock maintains a strong structure as it trades comfortably with all its key moving average-short-term, medium-term and long-term EMA-multiple deadlines indicates a stable and upward trend.
“This configuration adds power to the speed of the ongoing boom and shows an improvement in price stability,” Metalia added.
The relevant strength index (RSI) is currently at 62.11, which is trending upwards, confirming the next dynamic motion. The RSI route suggests raising bullish pressure, increasing the conviction for the continuous move while buyers remain active.
From the point of view of derivatives, data supports setup. The highest Call Lp Open Interest (OI) is placed at Rs 7,100, and with the stock trading at this level, no increase can stimulate short cover, which can add fuel to the rally.
On the flip side, the highest put OI is Rs 7,000, which now serves as a strong support zone, providing cushion against potential damage risks.
Matalia believes that if the stock manages to sustain above the breakout level, the shares can gain a high speed in the upcoming sessions, with a potentially aimed at high level.
He noted, “Rupees, Rs. 4 will confirm the continuous moving trend and strengthen the interest of buying, strengthening the boom view.”
In addition, Hardik Metalia suggests deployment of bulls spread in Apollo hospitals for potential benefits at bullish pace.
Bull Call Lee Spread
Traders are spreading bull Call to monetize benefits from the potential market rise. These include buying and selling Call Lo options with the same finish but different strike prices. Called Call l is usually money (ITM) or money (ATMs), while the Call Lt Money (OTM) sold is outside. This strategy results in a net debit for the merchant, as the cost of ITM/ATM Call is partially compensated by the cash flow produced by the Call Low.
