Dev Accelerator has quickly become the main player of the commercial real estate sector in India. The company’s professional model focuses on providing multifaceted workspace solutions to large corporations, multinational companies and small to medium -sized industries.
The company has a significant footprint with 28 centers in 11 major Indian cities. As of May 2025, the company managed more than 860,000 square feet of office and served over 250 customers.

Dev accelerator expansion plans are ambitious, including a new center in Surat and its first international center in Australia Strelia Sydney, for which it has already signed the objective letters.
These new centers are expected to add a significant number of seats and square footage to its portfolio, which illuminates the path of its strong growth.
Dev Accelerer has shown healthy financial growth, its revenue has increased to 159 million and the multi-fold between the financial year and the financial year ended after tax (PAT) has increased to Rs. 1.8 crore.
The company intends to use net income from the IPO to increase its expansion. A significant portion of the funds will be used for new centers to pay capital costs and some orrow.

After the expiry of the IPO, stocks are likely to be allotted on September 15. The company’s shares are scheduled to be listed on BSE and NSE on September 17. Pentomath Capital Advisors is a book-running lead manager for this issue, CFIN technologies act as registrar.
