Xiaomi today launched the Pad 7 Ultra Flagship Android Tablet with a 15s Pro smartphone in China. Like Xiaomi 15S Pro, Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra is also rocking Xiaomi’s first flagship chip, Xiaomi Xring 01. Pad 7 Ultra’s CNY 5699 (12GB/256GB) is an initial price that translates for about Rs 68,000.

Pad 7 Ultra goes on the footsteps of Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro, possibly as the most powerful member of the pad 7-series. Only Pad 7 is available in India at the time of writing and a good chance that ultra China-oriented will be an affair. There is no word from Xiaomi on an international release for now. In China, Tablet is going on sale as soon as possible as a launch of 15 Pro like Pro.

Talking about the specifications, Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra has a large 14 -inch OLED display that can refresh up to 120 times per second. The screen bezels sit at just 3.95 mm. The tablet on full measures is only 5.1 mm and weighs 609 grams, meaning that Xiaomi is going here for Samsung’s Jugal in terms of construction and design. The same is true about the rest of the package.

The pad comes with storage up to 7 Ultra 16GB and up to 512GB. The battery is on a large scale at 12,000mAh, while charging can go up to 120W.

The real USP of this tablet (small for unique selling point) is the chip placed by Xiaomi inside it. It is built by Xiaomi itself and has the courage to take both Qualcomm and MediaTek’s highest-end mobile chips. Xiaomi calls it xring 01. It is created by TSMC and is built around the 3-Nanomatre manufacturing node. It has 10-core CPU and 16-core Immortalis-G 925 GPU. More technical details are awaited.
