"First yoga, then enjoyment" – Amul will celebrate International Yoga Day 2024 with a topical event

Happy International Yoga Day! It is June 21 today and enthusiasts in every corner of the world are busy celebrating the occasion. International Yoga Day is an annual celebration to make people aware of the importance of this age-old practice that has its roots in India. Hence, the popular dairy brand, Amul, does not shy away from inspiring the internet to join yoga in its own unique way. Celebrating International Yoga Day and giving it a twist for foodies, Amul shared a topical on social media. It released a creative illustration featuring the iconic Amul Girl. The topical shows the Amul Girl sitting in a meditative pose with her legs crossed and eyes closed. We can also see a brick of butter next to her while she is holding a butter knife in her left hand. The header of the topical reads, “First yoga, then enjoyment, [First yoga then food].” The footer of the topical read, “Amul. Gift from India,” referring to the Indian origins of yoga. The dairy brand makes sure to celebrate important events. As PM Narendra Modi inaugurated India’s longest sea bridge Atal Setu in Mumbai, Amul shared a special creative for the same. The illustration shows the Amul Girl enjoying a drive on Atal Setu with a piece of bread and butter in her hand. The theme reads, “Nhava the bridge will be built Sheva Time!” In the footer, it added, “Amul – Quick Links to Taste.” Quite interesting, isn’t it? Check it out here:

Earlier this month, Amul shared a special special to celebrate the release of the third season of the popular show jury. The Amazon Prime Video show received a lot of love from the internet and the dairy brand too adopted the trend in its signature style, sharing a fun topical. In the picture, we can see all the main characters- Prahlad Pandey, Manju Devi, Sachiv Ji, Pradhan Ji and Vikas. In the picture, the characters can be seen standing in the panchayat office with buttered toast in their hands while a big cube of butter is placed on the desk.
