Filmmaker and producer Sanjay Gupta came out in support of actor Vikrant Massey who is taking a temporary break from films. In his post on X, he mentioned that an actor needs courage to take a break and he should be appreciated for taking tough decisions. The filmmaker also recalled how director Hansal Mehta had quit filmmaking in 2008 only to make a grand comeback with his career-best film Shahid.
