Director James Tobac faced a 1.68 billion USD’s decision against her in a historic civil judgment for sexual attacks against 40 women. Tobac was accused of misconduct for more than 40 years.

Tobac was absent from all hearing. He had earlier called the allegations false and said that any sexual activity was consensus. However, when he failed to show for pre-examination hearing, the court provided a default decision.

James Tobac, who directed projects such as pick-up artists and two girls and a man, was first accused of sexual abuse in 2017.
