In a recent interview, Pakistani actors Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed talked about whether they would like to remake their TV show ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’. The show started in 2012.

Pakistani actor Fawad Khan in a recent interview spoke about whether he wants a sequel to the popular TV series ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’. The TV show aired a decade ago and still has a huge fan following in Pakistan and India.

Fawad Khan, who is acting in ‘Barzakh’, was recently interviewed by Pakistani magazine ‘Barzakh’. Something HauteWhen asked about the remake of ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’, he expressed some doubts. “I am a bit divided about it,” he said. “The original film had a lot of light-hearted moments and I want this film to remain like that.”

His co-star Sanam Saeed said she didn’t want to ruin the magic by trying to recreate it.

Earlier, in an interview with News18, Sanam said, “The sequel of the same film will not give the same magic because now they are married. And once Zaroon and Kashf (their characters in the show) get married, it will get boring. They have kids now, and I doubt they will have the same No-holds-barred romance,

Meanwhile, Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed’s newly released fantasy drama ‘Barzakh’ premiered on ZEE5 and YouTube on July 19. Apart from Barzakh, the actors will also star together in the much-awaited Netflix show ‘Jo Bache Hain Sang Samaht Lo’.
