Fatima Sana’s health gets a boost during “Tripping On” tambdi chamdi

She is a firm believer of the saying, “Health is wealth”. The actress has on more than one occasion spoken vocally about how taking care of her health is her priority. Exhibiting the good habit, she recently put up a video on her social media in which she is demonstrating a variety of strength training exercises. This one was different. She made some changes to her exercise routine and did tough physical activities while “tripping” tambdi chamdi song by Kratex and Shreyas. After all, music can boost your workout in many ways. It helps you find the rhythm and gets you in a better mood. In the clip, Fatima started her drills with battling ropes. Next on her list was boxing under the guidance of a fitness coach. She then impressed her fans with her upside down hanging crunches and her skipping rope, and carried on with her fitness session like a pro. Weightlifting with a duffel bag was the final touch to her gym routine.

Just a while ago, Fatima Sana Shaikh showed off her flexibility by performing a variety of exercises with the help of her trainer. If nothing else, this can serve as midweek motivation for us. In the video posted on Instagram, the Dangal actress performed vertical leg crunches, handstands, flips and a stunning 180-degree split. Her pet dog Bijli also made an appearance in the clip. “Gym trainer is doing circus in the name of workout. And Bijli is getting FOMO,” read her caption.

Earlier, Fatima Sana Shaikh shared a fun gym clip in which her trainer had set a challenge for her. He said that if she could do the box jump, she would get to enjoy some Pani Puri. But if she couldn’t do it, she would have to take an ice bath. Fatima put in all her strength and ran towards the box, but she couldn’t quite jump. So, she filled a bucket with ice, poured it into a drum, and stepped into it to take a cold plunge. “Fatty vs Trainer! Pani Puri vs Ice Bath! Who wins in the end?” read the text attached to the post. The box jump is one of many plyometric exercises that use intense bursts of speed and power to make the body move, often from a resting position.

Staying healthy doesn't always mean sweating it out in the gym. It can be as simple and relaxing as spending time in nature. Don't believe us? Fatima Sana Shaikh shows us how. She spent her vacation in Amsterdam "resting, sleeping, chilling in the garden." In the photos, she is lying on the grass listening to music, caressing wildflowers, soaking in the sun, reading a book and feeling one with nature.
