Joseph Kosinski, who directed Tom Cruise’s Bona Fide Smash ‘Top Gun: Mavement’, is also named ‘F1’, director of the upcoming motor-rasing adrenaline Rush. To cover the F1 in a line – it is about experiencing an intestine, high -speed head congestion inside the clostrophobic cockpit of a racing car.

The ‘Top Gun Maverick’ and ‘F1’ have a lot of similarities – both are made headlines by the world’s biggest superstars. One has Daredevil Tom Cruise, while the other has absolutely attractive and beautiful Brad Pitt. Both have a boast of big pop stars like Lady Gaga in ‘Top Gun’ and big pop stars like Dose Cat in ‘F1’. But despite comparison, they are both very different. How ? Let’s know.

F1 has played the title role of Sunny Hayes, a washed-out aging race driver in the pit. He gets a lifetime offer from his old colleague, which was played by Xavier Bardem, so that the racers can join their team and help him qualify and possibly win the F1 title. All this is not very likely with Sunny’s aging career and the film’s surprise package – Damson Idris with the growing competition from Joshua Pierce. There are a lot of subplots that take the brain to a numb climax, and every actor and character have a place in this high-octane journey.

F1 is easily one of the best films of the year, because it knows how to catch what it promises to its audience. From the first frame to the end, the build-up is so solid that you forgive some intervals and ignore the blunders. The camera work is fast and Hans Zimmer background score is compelling. It looks almost like an inception sound on LSD. But the best reason is that ‘F1’ works so well on the big screen – Brad Pitt bring back the charisma of that good old school to the big screen.

The director has seen some bare-body money shots of Pit to show that he has still found that size, but it is his face that it is actually the main draw. Those toss-ups with hair and with that blue-eyed smile he can sell you to a dime, and you will buy a barrel! Another strong point of the film is the young actor Damson Idris, who is solid in his performance as Pitt’s Adversary cum Sidekik. His character is so fine and gray that it is a pleasure to see him in amazement. He erects his ground in large stand-off scenes with Pitt and excels in his craft.

‘F1’ is not deep or serious. It does not attach you much at that level. But it reminds us why we go to theaters – to explode. At a time when this experience of having a good time in theaters is becoming less and less enjoyable, ‘F1’ is a reason to celebrate. Jump on the ride, hold your seat belt because ‘F1’ is an adrenaline hell of Rush that you don’t want to remember!
