Two action stars in Bollywood, Tiger Shroff and Vidyut Jammwal are going to come together for the first time in an upcoming film directed by Milap Zaveri. Pinkvilla has exclusively learned that the yet-untitled project will be an intense action love story that will bring together two of Hindi cinema’s hottest action stars under one roof.
According to our source privy to the development, “Keerthi Shetty has been roped in to play the female lead, which will be another big Bollywood milestone for her. The film has been designed as a full-blown, intense action love story. The idea was always to bring two real action heroes together, and Tiger Shroff and Vidyut Jammwal were the obvious choice. Their pairing is something that audiences have been waiting to see.”
The source further added, “The film is expected to begin shooting in February, with pre-production currently in full swing. Action sequences, hand-to-hand combat and insane stunt choreography are being planned keeping in mind the unique onscreen personalities of both the leads.” Bhushan Kumar will back Tiger Shroff and Vidyut Jammwal’s film under the T-Series banner.
For Tiger Shroff, this project will start after completing his current commitments, which also include Lag Jaa Gale. The source shared, “Tiger will work directly on this film after completing Lag Jaa Gale. He is extremely excited to collaborate with Vidyut and Milap, especially considering the scale of the action planned.”
On a related note, Milap Zaveri is fresh from the success of Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat. Buoyed by the box office success of the film, the filmmaker is now gearing up for his next ambitious project.
