Aditya Dhar directorial Dhurandhar starring Ranveer Singh in the lead role is making waves online and at the ticket windows. The spy action thriller is creating new records at the box office day by day. Rakesh Bedi also plays an important role in the film. The veteran actor sat down with Pinkvilla and spoke at length about his experience of working with the entire team.
On working with Ranveer Singh
Rakesh Bedi also mentioned Ranveer Singh among his other experiences. He said, “This is my first film with him. I am a huge fan of Ranveer Singh. I have been his fan ever since he entered the film industry. For one simple reason because the man has the courage to play every kind of role. He makes sure that he goes into that zone where actors avoid going for preparation. People often think that it is just a phase because once you have got good dialogues to say and action sequences to perform then he is ready to watch on the big screen. That’s enough.”
He further added, “Ranveer Singh has experimented with his acting at such a high level. The two-three films he has done with Sanjay Leela Bhansali are fantastic films. Even in Dil Dhadakne Do, he acted very well despite being one among many characters. So it takes a lot of inner courage to do these roles with full energy. In acting, it is ‘energy’ which is the main ingredient because it helps you to work with full power.”
