Lily Collins is coming back to Netflix with the new Emily in Paris Season 4 on August 15, 2024. In an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, the actress has shared some of the best memories while filming the mega hit comedy series.
Collins told us exclusively how much she enjoyed the weather, culture, and overall experience while shooting in several stunning locations for Season 4. Talking about her best memories, she said, “Shooting in the mountains in Megeve.”
He further added, “There’s a Christmas episode where we’re skiing and we get to enjoy a new season… you know, winter season, it was really fun. It was like camp, we were all staying in chalets and it was a beautiful place.”
“It was nice for us to have a change of scenery and a change of seasons,” the actress said.
As Emily Cooper (Collins) grapples with her romantic entanglements with both Alfie and Gabriel in the new episodes of Season 4, Part 1, fans can expect the same excellent visuals and top-tier costume splendor as always.
When asked further in the interview to pick her favorite season, she immediately said, “I would say this season.”
For Collins, Emily in Paris Season 4 has etched important memories in her mind, especially the experience of seeing the beauty of nature and fashion come together in different shooting locations. “Going to Rome, going to the mountains, getting to wear different dresses because it was winter,” she told us, making this season her favorite.
Speaking about the development of the characters on the show, Collins said, “I think all of our characters are more grounded in themselves now and we know each other so well that it makes it even easier to work together.”
The cast gets along well with each other and understands the depth of their characters. This makes Collins feel, “I don’t know … we can do even more adventures as our characters when we know each other so well.”
Lily Collins shares the screen with Lucas Bravo, Ashley Park, Lucien Laviscount, Kate Walsh and others in Emily in Paris Season 4, the first part of which will release on Netflix on August 15, followed by Part 2 on September 12. The comedy series will feature 10 episodes full of emotional rollercoasters, mesmerizing visuals, fashion extravaganzas, and fun.
