Arjun Kapoor recently starred in the Cop Universe film Singham Again and received a lot of love from the audience. In an exclusive conversation with Pinkvilla, the actor shared his memorable experience of watching the films of some Bollywood stars on the big screen. While talking about Katrina Kaif’s ‘hate’ club with Varun Dhawan, Arjun revealed that the actress did not give him any ‘importance’. She also recalled ‘semi-lusting’ after Hrithik Roshan in Dhoom 2.
In the latest episode of Behind the Success with Pinkvilla, Arjun Kapoor revealed about Katrina Kaif’s ‘hate’ club that she had with Varun Dhawan. Arjun shared, “We used to have a ‘We Hate Katrina Fan Club’ which shut down very fast because we didn’t really hate her. We were just troubled by the fact that she was so direct with us. She used to fire us all the time; She didn’t give us any importance.”
Arjun recalls the 2008 action thriller Race, along with the unforgettable experience of watching a Katrina Kaif film. The actor said, “I think when Katrina did Race, the songs came into their own, the way she did them. Also, because she’s a friend, if you look at how she was in the songs first and how she worked really hard in the race, I could see that that movie really changed the course.
He added, “I saw Race at a screening, and I could see how much power he had, his command of the screen, his presence; It was a good one.”

When Arjun Kapoor was asked about the Hrithik Roshan starrer, he recalled having a crush on him after watching Dhoom 2. “I’ll never forget the way I was drooling watching Dhoom 2,” the Singham Again star said.
He recalled, “Main gaya tha Dhoom 2 dekhen (I went to watch Dhoom 2), when I came out I was crazy about Hrithik Roshan. I literally came out with drool. Watching the movie again I wanted to be like, ‘Wow, how can a guy look so good?’ He was my crush at that time.
