Elon Musk’s ex -centers to block the material to use it
Elon Musk’s X has filed a case against the Government of India in the Karnataka High Court. The petition argues that the use of the Center of the Information Technology Act to block the material is damaging the capacity of X in India. The X states that Section 79 of the IT Act creates an illegal parallel material blocked mechanism, which violates the Supreme Court’s 2015 Credit Singhal verdict.
