Sharing updates on social media, Dulquer expressed his gratitude for the support he received during his journey. He wrote, “Today marks 14 years of my journey as an actor. Thank you to each and every one of you! For the endless love. For the encouragement. For making a place in your hearts. Director Nahas Hidayat also celebrated the actor’s milestone and hinted at the scale of the upcoming film. In his post he wrote, “14 years of Dulquer Salmaan @dqsalmaan. i am playing Produced by Dulquer Salmaan with Jom Varghese. The story is written by Nahas Hidayat, who also directs the film, while the screenplay is developed by Sajeer Baba, Bilal Moidu and Ismail Abubakar.
The film has a strong supporting cast including Antony Varghese, Mysskin, Kathir, Parth Thiwari and Samyuktha Vishwanathan. Actress Kayadu Lohar joined the project in December, with Hidayat welcoming her to the team in a social media post announcing her casting.
The technical team includes cinematographer Jimshi Khalid, editor Chaman Chacko and composer Jake Bejoy. The action sequences of the film are being choreographed by the renowned Anbariv Masters, known for his work in many major Indian films.
The shooting of the film officially began on May 3 last year. Since then, the makers have been continuously building anticipation by releasing posters featuring Dulquer and other cast members, increasing the excitement around the Onam 2026 release.
