Drug dealer in the UK avoids exile only after promising "Cannabis"

A drug dealer in Britain refrained from being deported after promising that he would only “smoke” cannabis and not sell it. A person identified as Shaun Recford McLeod of Jamaica origin reached Britain, but was ordered for the supply of class a drugs after three years and four months jail sentence, according to a report Wire.

McLeod appealed that extinguishing him would violate his rights for a family life under Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECR) as he had a wife and three children in Britain. McLeod also made it clear that he shared his position with his prison and probation officials along with Judge Branon, despite “the canbis intended” despite the exile results “, despite exile results.

Inspired by the argument of Macquelode, Judge David Cham Branon ruled in his favor, saying that exile would be “rigid” on his family, “he really wants to avoid resuming (except for cannabis use ) So that he can take care of his children “.

Despite spending most of his time in jail, McLeod, a one, four and seven years of age, was told that he could live in Britain to lift them.

Shadow Home Secretary Chris Filp termed the decision as “Mind-Bogling”, saying that such a criminal should not be allowed to live in Britain.

“All these foreign criminals must be thrown out. Weakened immigration judges must end the expansion of ECHR articles,” Mr. Filp said.

“Immigration judges have more interest than foreign drug dealers and pedophiles to maintain law in Britain and to protect the British public from committing crime.”

Previous example

This is not the first example when foreign criminals convicted in Britain have succeeded in getting a favorable decision using human rights laws. An albanian criminal managed to escape from exile, after claiming that his son was opposed to foreign chicken nagets.

Similarly, a Pakistani pedophile survived exile after a court verdict that this step would be “rigid” on his children.
