To make perfectly crispy roti cutlets, make sure you don’t crowd them in the pan. If you crowd them together, they will stick to each other, causing them to cook unevenly. Also, don’t forget to transfer the roti cutlets to a plate covered with tissue paper before serving. This will get rid of the excess oil and keep them crispy for longer.
