Don’t take IndiGo: Lauren Gottlieb criticizes airlines over Dubai flight cancellation
Actress Lauren Gottlieb has criticized IndiGo Airlines after her Dubai flight was canceled amid widespread delays and chaos at Indian airports.

Actor and dancer Lauren Gottlieb joins the growing list of frustrated IndiGo passengers after massive delays and cancellations left hundreds stranded at airports across India. The disruption, which lasted for three days, created a chaotic situation across the country and forced IndiGo to issue two public apologies acknowledging the crisis.
Lauren, who was scheduled to travel to Dubai on Friday, was seen outside the Mumbai airport where she revealed that her flight was also suddenly cancelled. Speaking to the paparazzi, he described the scenes inside the terminal as overwhelming and urged passengers to avoid flying with IndiGo amid the current disruptions.
Sharing her ordeal with the media, Lauren said, “This is a public service announcement. Don’t take IndiGo. Whatever you’re seeing online is exactly what is happening. It looks like the apocalypse from the inside. Dubai, where I’m going, all flights were cancelled! Everything was cancelled. There are hundreds of people there. It feels like some disaster has happened and I’m traumatized right now. Don’t fly IndiGo, especially right now, maybe never. But special.” Right now. Just don’t do it!”

His comments echo similar complaints from IndiGo passengers across the country, many of whom arrived for their scheduled departures and found that their flights were canceled without adequate clarity or assistance.
IndiGo has not yet issued a detailed explanation for the widespread operational failure, but it is facing criticism as passengers report significant inconvenience, financial losses and safety concerns due to the congested airport conditions.
On Thursday, Elvish Yadav shared a post on social media criticizing the airline.
The highest number of flight cancellations was recorded on Friday with over 750 flights affected, while 550 were affected on Thursday and 85 on Wednesday.
Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad were the worst-hit cities today, leaving hundreds of passengers stranded and travel plans thrown into disarray. The airline canceled all 235 flights in the national capital.
