Game changer, in the lead role starring Ram Charan, hit the first big screen for Sankranti this year. After its release, the film was a major dud at the box office and received a negative review. Now, the producer of the film has reacted to bankrucking Shankar’s direction.
Does Dil Raju regret about the game changer?
In an interview with M9 News, the popular Telugu cinema maker said, “When making big films with big directors, 100% problems are going to come. Not only for me but for most of all.”
He said, “An editor’s statement about the game changer was once a 4 and a half hour runtime. It is true, and such intervention is sure to come while working with big directors,” he said.
Continuing his words, Raju admitted that complications would emerge and the responsibility of handling them is with the manufacturer.
Additionally, Dil Raju made it clear how the game changer was a “wrong step” from his side and said, “In my film career, I never worked with big directors like Shankar. Game Changeer is my first wrong step. I should have clearly mentioned my digits in the contract and went into production, but I did not do it.” (Translated from Telugu)
