What are crunchy-tasting makhanas?
The crunchy flavoured makhanas taste just like the famous crunchy chips. The makhanas are roasted till crispy and then mixed with a spice blend that replicates the flavour of these famous chips. They are extremely flavourful, and you will surely find it hard to stop at just one. Pair these with your evening tea and make your tea time fun.
How to prevent makhana from getting soggy?
Makhana tastes delicious only when it is completely crispy. After all, no one likes to eat soaked and soft makhana. To ensure that they retain their texture, roast them well. Do not rush the process, else they will turn soft very quickly. Also, do not forget to store the leftover makhana in an air-tight container.
