Recently, filmmaker Boney Kapoor recalled how the veteran actor used to share his most expensive liquor with him as they shared a great camaraderie. In a new interview with Screen, Boney Kapoor, who has produced films like Salman Khan starrer Wanted and No Entry, shared details about his sweet bond with Raj Kapoor.
The filmmaker closely observed the period when the actor’s dream project, Mera Naam Joker, which was close to his heart, failed to impress the audience at the time of its release. However later it became popular.
Recalling the period when the film did not perform well, Boney revealed that Raj Kapoor had given up alcohol and re-shot the film following his rule of not drinking alcohol during the post-production phase of his films. Had edited.

Recently Boney Kapoor also attended the birth centenary celebrations of Raj Kapoor in Mumbai, which was organized by the Kapoor family.
