Actor Jaideep Ahlawat, who was gearing up for Netflix’s release of ‘Jewel Chor’, was offered to play the role of Ravana’s brother, Ravana’s brother, Vibishan in Nitish Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’. The upcoming film stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Sile Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Ravana.

As reported The Times of IndiaThe ‘Patel Lok’ actor was eager to be part of the project; However, due to scheduling conflicts and other commitments, they had to reject the proposal. Sources confirmed that the dates did not align the bus.

In particular, there were rumors that Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi was also offered a role. However, there is no official confirmation yet who has been finalized to play the character. Actor Sunny Deol will include Hanuman in the film, while TV actor Ravi Dubey announced that he would portray Laxman.
