Disney confirms the Cocoe sequel for 2029 with the original director
Disney has officially announced the sequel to its acclaimed animated film Coco. The film set for release in 2029 is currently in early development stages.

Disney has officially announced the sequel to her favorite animated hit Coco with a film set for a dramatic release in 2029. The news came during the company’s annual shareholder meeting, where CEO Bob Igar revealed that the project is in its early development stages.
Igar said, “While the film is just in the early stages, we know it will be full of humor, heart and adventure. And we can’t wait to share soon.”
Coco director Lee Anchich is with the co-director Adrian Molina to return to the sequel. Pixar’s experienced Mark Nielsen, Toy Story 4 and Inside Out 2 are known, who will produce.
The original 2017 film was both an important and commercial victory, earning over $ 800 million worldwide and winning two Academy Awards, including the best animated feature and the best original song for The Emotional Bailad Remember Me.
Coco followed 12 -year -old Miguel, who was a passion for music despite his family’s prolonged ban. On da de los Murtos, he finds himself in the land of the dead, exposing the truth about his ancestors that is in adventure and heart -filled journey.
While the details of the plot for the sequel remains under the raps, the expectation is already constructing for the next chapter in Miguel’s story.
