Director James Gunn shares video of Govinda’s ‘Superman’: When Marvel meets DC
Who knew that Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn follows Bollywood? The director recently shared a fun video of actor Govinda dancing to a song dressed as Superman.
Who knew that Hollywood director James Gunn would ever react to Govinda’s video, let alone share it? But it has happened. The two worlds have collided. Gunn recently shared a video of Govinda on his Instagram handle, in which he is seen dancing to a song dressed in a Superman costume. Gunn reacted to it by posting a handshake emoji. He wrote Marvel and DC beneath it.
This clip is from the song Tu Mera Superman, in which Govinda is seen dancing to the song with his co-star Kimi Katkar. Kimi Katkar was dressed as Spider-Woman, while Govinda was dressed as Superman.

On the work front, Gunn recently revealed that he has wrapped up shooting for his much-anticipated Superman film, which will star David Corenswet as young Clark Kent.
Sharing a photo with the cast, Gunn wrote at the time, “And that’s a wrap. God bless our cast and crew whose commitment, creativity and hard work have brought this project to life. I aimed to make a film about a good man in a world that isn’t always so nice (sic).”
Superman will be released in July next year.
