Many Bollywood celebs were seen at a film screening in Mumbai on October 23. Actor Akshay Kumar arrived at the event hand in hand with his wife, former actress and writer Twinkle Khanna. His mother Dimple Kapadia also participated in this program. While leaving the venue, the senior actress was requested to pose with the best-selling author, but she tactfully refused saying that she does not pose with junior stars.

Even though they were laughed at at the event, the veteran actress’s dig at ‘Junior’ Twinkle made her the talk of the town. In a viral video from the event, the Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar actress can be seen leaving the venue.
Dressed in a white dress with a brown and green jacket, Kapadia posed for the paparazzi. But as soon as the shutterbugs saw his daughter Twinkle coming from behind, he requested them to pose with his daughter. Upon hearing this, the Angrezi Medium fame walked out of the venue saying “I don’t pose with juniors, only with seniors.”

Even though Dimple left the venue early, her daughter took some time to pose for the paparazzi. Earlier, Twinkle had reached the premiere of her mother’s film with her husband actor Akshay Kumar. Dressed in a yellow saree, she was looking like a dream. Her quirky oxidised silver hair accessory also became the talk of the town. As for the ‘Khel Khel Mein’ actor, he looked handsome in a gray suit with a white formal shirt.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Dimple Kapadia was last seen in Murder Mubarak alongside Pankaj Tripathi, Karisma Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Vijay Verma, Sanjay Kapoor, Tisca Chopra, Suhail Nayyar and Tara Alisha Berry. As far as his son-in-law Akshay is concerned, he will be next seen in Sky Force. According to an industry insider, the war film starring Sara Ali Khan, Veer Pahriya and Nimrat Kaur in lead roles will release on the big screens during the Republic Day 2025 weekend.
