Diljit rejected Bollywood, says he lives for music: Superstar’s approval is not required
Diljit Dosanj spoke in the film to work with a Pakistani actor and a boycott against the makers of ‘Sardar Ji 3’. He expressed his apathy in working in the Hindi film industry citing his deep love for music.

In an interview, singer-actor Diljit Dosanj expressed his desire not to work in Hindi films. The actor said that he gives more importance to music, and will not care if he loses to work in Bollywood. The actor was promoting his upcoming film ‘Sardar Ji 3’ in a virtual conversation with Bri Asia, when he made a statement.
The 41 -year -old shared that he is only interested in making music, and when he is working in the Hindi film industry, he does not have to wait for approval.
He said in Hindi, “I am working in Bollywood. There is also no desire that the main Bollywood Me Bahot Great Kalkar Bain Jaun. Main music ko pyaar karta hoon (I do not want to work in Bollywood either. I have no desire to become some great artists in the industry. I like music from heart). ,

The popular international singer said that it is music that matters the most to them. Dosanz became the first Indian to perform in Kachela, and the first Sikh artist to run on Met Gala carpet. In the same interview, he referred to music as God’s work.

In a separate promotional interview, Dosanj addressed the backlash that he was facing in India to move forward with the release of the film, and called it a professional call on the manufacturers.

Earlier, in a letter to PM Narendra Modi, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) called for a ban on producer and director Diljit Dosanze. The association appealed to the government to close their passports and cancel their citizenship, which they are referring to as the “anti -National” Act.
On 27 June, ‘Sardar Ji 3’ has been slated to hit abroad.
