Rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing new legal trouble as a new lawsuit has been filed against him, accusing the rapper of sexual assault and gang rape. The lawsuit, filed by a woman named Ashley Parham, claims Combs attacked her with a remote control and gang-raped her along with his colleagues. Parham further alleged that Combs threatened his life, referencing the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur and saying that he “has survived worse crimes.”

Combs is currently imprisoned awaiting trial in May 2025 on unrelated sex crime charges.

In legal documents filed in California on Tuesday, Parham claimed she first came into contact with Combs in 2018 after meeting a friend at a bar. The friend allegedly made video calls to Combs while trying to impress others. Parham refused to participate in the call, saying that Combs “had something to do with the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur.” According to the lawsuit, Combs overheard her comment and warned that she would “pay” for it.

A month later, Param said the friend called him to his home on the pretext of needing help with cancer medication. During the trip, Combs reportedly arrived unexpectedly. Parham claimed that Combs threatened him with a knife, holding it to his face and saying he would give him a “Glasgow smile” in retaliation for his previous comments.

The lawsuit further details how Combs allegedly raped Parham with a television remote control, before several others joined in the attack. She claimed that during the ordeal, Combs told her that her life was in his hands and that if she wanted, she would never be seen again. Parham says she lost control of her body during the attack and was unable to move.

After the attack, Parham alleged that Combs offered her money to claim that the rape was consensual. She ran to a neighbour’s house, where bullets were reportedly fired at her. According to legal filings, neighbors had already contacted police after hearing about the disturbance.

Parham reported the incident to the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department, stating that she was gang raped by Combs and his associates. However, he claims that no further action was taken by the authorities. Only three weeks later, after seeking medical help, hospital staff called the local police, but Parham insisted that none of his reports led to any investigation.

Ashley Parham recently sued Combs and six others for sexual assault and battery, false imprisonment, abuse and kidnapping. She is demanding a jury trial in her quest for justice for the alleged crimes.
