Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor has finalized the sale of an apartment in Juhu, Mumbai in the Silver Beach Heaven Co-operative Society by her daughter and actress Shraddha Kapoor, which is located in Mumbai for ₹ 6.11 crore. This information comes from the Registration Inspector General (IGR) website on the property registration records investigated by the square yard. The sale was officially recorded in December 2024.
According to the documents, Shakti Kapoor’s apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has an underlying area of 881 sq ft.
The property records indicate that the apartment was purchased by Bangalore -based buyers Satish Venkatesh and Archana Taneja.
The transaction was officially registered on 26 December 2024. As part of the sale, a stamp duty of Rs 36.66 lakh was paid, along with a registration fee of Rs 30,000

The apartment is located in Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower in Mumbai. According to the documents, its total carpet area is 1,042.73 square feet, including two balconies.
