Tamil Movie Devils Double Next Level, starring Santhanam in the lead role, is working well at the box office. S. Directed by Prem Anand, the action horror-comedy film became a successful venture in its early weekends, thanks to its magnificent box office trends.
Debut with Rs 3.10 crore, DD Next Level wrapped its initial weekend on a solid figure of Rs 9.65 crore. The film saw a good grip in the week ahead. It earned Rs 1.45 crore on its first Monday, followed by Rs 1.40 crore on Tuesday and Rs 1.25 crore on Wednesday. According to estimates, the film added Rs 1.20 crore on Wednesday, the total cum was grossed at Tamil Nadu for Rs 14.95 crore.
The film was released with Mammon and started on a better note, but could not maintain momentum during the week. Although the Santhanam starrer has already emerged as a clean hit, the film is likely to be slightly behind Mammon’s last cum. Let’s see how both films perform in their second weekend.
