Devara: Part 1 is Jr. NTR’s first release as a solo lead in six years. After RRR, it took two years of hard work for Jr NTR and director Koratala Siva to bring Devara: Part 1 to the big screen on September 27. The action drama stars Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead roles.

Jr NTR will be seen in two roles – father and son – in this magnum opus. Set in the coastal lands, the film talks about the conflicts in the region. The film also marks the Telugu debut of Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor. Anticipation for the film is at an all-time high.

Shows were scheduled from 1 am to 4 am in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on 27 September. Fans came in large numbers to watch Jr NTR’s film and celebrated it like a festival. From dancing to his superhit songs, to installing his cut-outs in cinemas across India, his fans left no stone unturned to celebrate Jr NTR.

According to advance booking, Jr NTR’s Devara: Part 1 may earn Rs 100 crore on its opening day. Over 75,000 tickets (for the first day) have been sold to fans around the world who will watch Devara: Part 1 on September 27.
