Dennis Richards has requested her ex -husband, Aaron Fipers requested to the court for a preventive order, alleging attacks and domestic violence. According to US Weekly, the actress claimed that the reality TV star has been physically abused.
In court, Richards mentioned that Phypers would often choke her and even threatened to kill her, while they were still married. The former partners tied the knot in 2018 and called it quits after 6 years.
Strong allegations against Dennis Richards’s husband Aaron Fipers
According to the court documents received by the US Weekly, the Wild Things actress revealed, “Throughout our relationship, Aaron often turns me violently, violently squeeze my head with both hands, squeezes my arms tightly, slapping me in my face and head, and in an aggrararherately, the bathroom to the bathroom Towel Rack.”
He further said that Phypers “threatened to kill me and grabbed me on my back with my knee at the point where I would have to plead with him to get off him so that he could not kill me and hack me in my laptop and phone and all my text messages can be downloaded.”
The film star also mentioned that his former partner threatened to break his jaw. He still cried and begged him not to leave him and promise to get help. However, “None of which has ever happened.”
In addition, in allegations against Phypers, the actress claimed that she consistently held her left hand tightly. “Later that day, Aaron followed me and grabbed both my arms and pushed me and pulled me to the ground,” Richards revealed.
He continued to add, “I landed on the stairs, causing a lot of pain. Aaron stole my laptop and sent personal messages that he had stolen from my laptop without my permission.”
Dennis Richards requested that Aaron Fipers stay 100 yards away from him and return all the data downloaded from their laptops and its equipment.
