Deepika Padukone’s sister Anisha, a professional golfer, is reportedly to marry businessman Rohan Acharya in the coming months. With this union, Anisha is likely to become a member of the Deol family’s extended family. Rohan’s sister Drisha Acharya is married to Sunny Deol’s son Karan Deol.

Dubai-based Rohan is currently a Partner and Services Executive at Blueground. His family lineage attracts considerable attention, as he is the great-grandson of legendary filmmaker Bimal Roy.
Rohan’s mother, Chimmu Acharya, is the daughter of late filmmaker Basu Bhattacharya and Rinki Roy Bhattacharya, linking the Acharyas to a prominent cinematic lineage.
Anisha lives in Bengaluru with her parents, badminton champion Prakash Padukone and Ujjala Padukone. Deepika and her actor-husband Ranveer recently attended the funeral of Drisha’s grandparents, veteran actor Dharmendra, in Mumbai on November 24. It highlighted the growing bond between families.
