Actor Deepika Padukone is allegedly set to start a 100-day shooting schedule for director Atley’s upcoming film. The much awaited film, including Allu Arjun, is expected to perform Padukone in a unique warrior avatar.
According to a report in Pinkvilla, The actor is playing an action -pack role – in a way that he has never done before. The report also mentions that the weapons using his character in the film were also specially designed. The source told the entertainment portal, “Padukone has started preparing for the film and is expected to join the set in November 2025. He has allocated 100 days for shooting and is expected to demonstrate dramatic, action-packing sequences. The team has designed weapons as well as a special warrior look for their character.”
About all ‘AA22x6’
The titleless film, temporarily called ‘AA22 X A6’, is estimated to be a major PAN-India release. The shooting is planned to continue till September 2026, with the target release date for the late 2027.
“AA22 X A6 will be shot by September 2026, and the target is to bring the manufacturers on the big screen towards the second half of 2027. Allu Arjun has blocked his calendar especially for the next of Atallie and is giving all this to the most reputable film of his career,” the report said.
The film, which is placed on an adequate budget, marks Atley’s first cooperation with Allu Arjun. The actor recently completed shooting for ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’. However, the director has previously worked with Padukone in SRK’s ‘Jaban’, where he had an extended appearance.

Along with Atallie’s next, Padukone will also appear in actor Shah Rukh Khan’s much awaited film ‘King’. The report further quoted a source as saying, “‘King’ and Atallie will mark the first two shoots for Padukone after becoming the next mother. She will win between two projects from the end of 2026.”
The actor was recently seen talking about mental health at an event, and attended a special event for Vogue Arabia magazine.
