Release date: 14 April, 2025
If you ever recall the good old days of K-Drama Rome-Coms with all the approximate attractions-never look ahead of ‘Crushology 101’. With two episodes, the play examines every box: a relayable (and slight chaotic) heroine, four – yes, four – four – four -in -charge suitors, university drama dressed like high school nostalgia, and a parade of beautiful chaos in the name of love.
‘Crushology 101’ feels that Rome-Com is going to Rome again-a gentle, felt-good vibe distributing a gentle, felt-good vibe without threatening arcs, psychological thriller, or life-conversion plot twist. It is light, is Breezi, and is unexpectedly bends in the formula.
Stars as Roh Jeong -UU, a sculpture head in a top university who is trying to move forward with his first love – which was a disaster. The breakup earns a campus-wide reputation as a pushover in her love. Swected, vowed to never be played again, she will only carry forward men. The way he makes that bold declaration, Temption in a walk – Times Four. Enter a quartet of self-qualified suits.
Lee Cha-Min plays the role of attractive golden boy, which looks great to be true, Cho June-Young Brooding Mystery Vibes, Hong Min-key nails brings bizarre sweethearts with hidden depth, and Kim Hyun-Jin has prepared to shut down her feet.
Each of them brought his brand of affection and chaos in Bani’s life, established a cheerful and hearty dating scribe. Is this a crash course in romance? How is a guide not a pushover? Or the last test of the newly drawn boundaries of Bani? In any way, his heart has been told about being a school.
Roe Jong EUE is ending as a bunny – unsafe but firm, unsafe but not naive. It is refreshed to see a female lead, which is not written right, but someone has loved in a difficult way. Li Chai-Min, Cho June-Young, Hong Min-Ki, and Kim Hyun-each add layers of attraction to their roles.

The chemistry between the leads has not yet set the screen on fire, but they have their own – each actor comfortably justifies his role without beating others. This is a slow irritation in that regard, and it can take some more episodes to kick emotional stakes.
Also- this is estimated. There is hardly any moment that does not feel like DJ Wu for an experienced drama. You almost know what is coming next, which can be relaxed or a sluggish, which you are seeing.
In its heart, crushology is 101 comfort TV. It does not try to be unexpected, and it is fine. It dials intensity and releases normal high school drama trops such as bullying and trauma. Instead, it offers playful feast, visual appeal, and good old-fashioned flirt wars-all are wrapped in a pastel-tinted Rome-Com package.
This review episode is based on 1 and 2. The new episodes drop on the channel (India) every Friday and Saturday.
