Critics’ Choice 2025: All We Imagine… nominated for Best Foreign Language Film
Payal Kapadia’s acclaimed film All We Imagine as Light has earned a nomination for the Critics’ Choice Awards 2025 in the Best Foreign Language Film category, another significant recognition for the film.

The full list of Critics’ Choice Awards 2025 nominations is out, and Payal Kapadia’s All We Imagine as Light managed to earn a spot on the coveted list as well. The film, which earned two nominations at the Golden Globe Awards, is one of the top feature films competing in the Best Foreign Language Film section.
The film, starring Kani Kashruti, Divya Prabha, Chhaya Kadam and Hrudu Haroon In leading roles, Emilia Perez has been nominated for Best Foreign Language Film with films such as Flow, I’m Still Here, Kneecap and The Seed of the Sacred Fig. Interestingly, the film is also competing in the Golden Globes Best Non-English Language Motion Picture category, with Emilia Perez, I’m Still Here, and The Seed of the Sacred Fig.
All We Imagine as Light is sweeping major international awards. The film created history by becoming the first Indian film to win the prestigious Grand Prix at Cannes 2024. It also received the Jury Grand Prize at the Asia Pacific Screen Awards. Best International Feature at the Gotham Awardsand the Best International Film Award at the New York Film Critics Circle, and many other awards.
