Crew members expressed concern over not getting salary at Jacky Bhagnani’s production house
Some crew members working at Jackky Bhagnani’s production house Pooja Entertainment have raised the issue of non-payment of dues.

A crew member of filmmaker Jackky Bhagnani’s production house Pooja Entertainment has revealed that she and her team members have been waiting for their dues to be paid by the production house for the past one year. She wrote a long note on social media, sharing the plight of the crew members who have been denied payments citing the film’s overshooting budget.
Ruchita Kamble wrote on Instagram, “I don’t post such things but sometimes people need to be exposed! Seeing my team and the crew I worked with struggling day and night just to get my hard earned money. Read the frustration of these young girls who have beautifully expressed the utter disregard and extremely unprofessional, unethical behaviour towards @pooja_ent that we all have been tolerating for far too long.”

He further added, “Going from one person to another to ask for your own money, which was promised to be paid within 45-60 working days of completion, is unprofessional in itself. The crew humbly agreed as we are driven by passion for filmmaking. But exploitation of this passion to this extent should not be acceptable. There is no hope of getting paid, but this post is to make countless others aware of these fraudulent practices by @pooja_ent @jackkybhagnani @vashubhagnani and pledge not to work with them.”
Ruchita shared screenshots of her team members who hit out at the production house for not paying the dues but didn’t name it.
Production design worker Vaishnavi Parlikar wrote on Instagram that she worked on a film two years ago with about 100 other crew members, and they are all still waiting for their two months’ salary. She also mentioned that while the actors were paid immediately for the project, the crew members were denied payment, under the pretext that they “spent the money” because the film went over budget.
Vaishnavi wrote on Instagram, “Where is my hard earned money? Most importantly when will I get my hard earned money?”
The production house is yet to issue any statement on the matter.
Pooja Entertainment last produced Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff starrer Bade Miyan Chote Miyan which did not do well at the box office. They have also produced Mission Raniganj, Jawaani Jaaneman, Bell Bottom and many more.
