Redmi K Pad will have an 8.8 -inch LCD display, which is close to the screen size of the iPad mini. Not only this, the tablet’s front look and even the back rear camera reminds us of the layout of iPad Mini. Xiaomi is clearly going to a design and shape that will appeal to users in search of a light tablet that is ideal and ideal to watch videos when reading, browsing or going.

What sets the Redmi pad is hardware inside. According to the details seen on Geekbench, MediaTek Demistance is designed to be operated by 9400+ processor. The listing also mentions 16GB RAM, which is enough for a tablet in this segment. It will run Android 15 out of the box, and it can provide a smooth and sharp experience due to the flagship chip, especially when combined with a high fresh rate screen.

Talking about the display, Xiaomi is not back. Redmi China’s top executive Thomas Wang has said that LCD screen is being used, it is best in the industry, with double-operators ICS that help in better control of color, glow and other screen elements. This suggests that Xiaomi is focusing a lot on the quality of performance, which is often a strong point in Apple’s tablet. The tablet can come with a 3K resolution screen with 165Hz refresh rate and 16:10 aspect ratio.

Xiaomi has also made some smart options to keep the tablet light and easy to handle. The company says it is using custom components for parts such as speakers, screens and internal motors to reduce weight without cutting corners on performance.

Only purple color of Redmi’s pad is shown so far, but the launch is expected to have more colors. The back of the tablet carries a single camera with an LED flash, a microphone just below it, and a “gamma antenna” label, which can be for improvement in signal reception. The volume buttons are placed on the right, and the power button is at the top.

Redmi’s pad has also been tipped to support 67w fast charging, which means that it should be able to upgrade it quickly when needed. The tablet will be officially introduced on 18 June during a live broadcast organized by Xiaomi’s China Head Lu Weibing. The program will also include other products like Redmi K80 Ultra and Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro.
