Short,
Crazxy is a survival thriller who dare to run unwanted territories in Bollywood. Directed by Girish Kohli and in the headlines by Soham Shah, the film mixes suspense, emotion and raw intensity in a story that is as unstable as it is captivating.
plot,
Abhimanyu (Soham Shah) is a snowbish surgeon whose life is a cocktail of ego and chaos. Divorced, entangled with a lover, and haunted by an ongoing drug abuse case, Abhimanu is far from a saint.
Sixteen years later, his specially capable daughter, whom he and his then wife came to know that his child would have complications, he would be kidnapped. The ransom demanded is Rs 5 crore, coincidentally, the exact amount has been mixed in the dicke of his car to settle his drug abuse case. Initially separated, Abhimanyu’s latent ancestral instinct kicked him, including him in a frantic race against time.
Directed by a mysterious collar, Abhimanyu navigates a web of tests to save his daughter. Will he be successful, or will he lose it forever? Who is behind the chilling voice? Crazxy exposes these mysteries with a twist-laden trip that is worth the clock.
What Works For Craze
The greatest strength of Crazxy is its honesty to break the mold. Kohli impressed the story with rich symbolism. Abhimanyu’s car is breaking in the middle of the desert, reflecting his fragmented life. Red ants discovered a bolt in Ant Hole, cutting their hands, reflecting the sting of their previous options. The brakedown scene of the car, where Abhimanyu works on a patient through the phone, is a mastestroke of stress and simplicity, which shows his skills under pressure.
There is another standout moment when Abhimanu turns his broken leg when he has no other option left. It is a tight and intestine view that is pure ‘crazxy’.
Background music itself is a heartbeat, enhances suspense. Songs like Abhimanyu, Goli Mass Send Meen, and Oh Papa are very different, yet they suit the film’s mood brilliantly. Cinematography is striking, painting each frame with dreaded and beauty. The light humor sprayed throughout the film provides relief from the stagnation of the plot. Kohli’s intention makes some new crafts, making it a refreshing addition to the survival thriller style.
What Not there. Work For Craze
Despite its ambition, Crazxy stumbles with a screenplay that sometimes feels slightly dull. The plot, while complicated, spread thinly, lacks the depth that can raise it in the knockout punch. Nevertheless, these small flaws do not derail the experience; They only angry with its talent.
Performance in crazxy
Soham Shah is the owner of the show with a performance that is no less than the luxurious. As Abhimanyu, he is flawed, complex and frightening, yet weak, soft and gentle. Shah brings a raw intensity that hooks you from the first frame to the last frame.
The film has no other primary actor. Voices like Annati Surana, Tinu Anand, Nimisha Sajyan, Shilpa Shukla and Piyush Mishra raised the proceedings by lending their voice.
Last Decision Of Craze
Despite the slight interval in the script, Crazxy emerges as a bold, interesting film that dare to separate. While not innocent, its renewed and Kohli’s vision makes it a compelling watch. Fans of the survival thriller will be very much in love with Soham Shah’s powerhouse performance to chilling cinematography and heart-tamping background score.
You can see Crazxy in theaters from February 28, 2025.
