Yes! Oats Rava Palak Dhokla is extremely healthy because of its ingredients. The main ingredient rava, also known as semolina, is rich in protein, fibre, vitamins, iron, and magnesium. According to Healthline, rava can also help in your weight loss. Oats are considered one of the healthiest grains for the heart. They are rich in essential nutrients like zinc, magnesium, thiamine, iron, phosphorus, manganese, and selenium, which are good for your immunity and improve heart health. Spinach, the king of green leaves, is rich in calcium, manganese, and vitamin K. Moreover, since the Oats Rava Palak Dhokla is steamed, no oil is used in cooking it except for the tempering. So overall, this dhokla recipe is healthy and nutritious.
How to make Oats Rava Palak Dhokla: Recipe to make Oats Rava Palak Dhokla at home
Take a bowl and add oats, rava, red chili powder, curd, salt and water. Mix all the ingredients and keep aside for 15-20 minutes. Now add spinach and water to this mixture. Mix well so that the batter of oats rava spinach dhokla becomes thick.
Meanwhile, prepare the steamer by adding water and heat it on medium-low flame. Grease the dhokla pan with some oil or butter. Add fruit salt and some water to the dhokla mixture and mix well. Now pour the batter into the greased dhokla pan and sprinkle some red chili powder on it before placing it in the steamer.

Cover the steamer and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes to cook the dhokla. To check if the dhokla is cooked or not, insert a butter knife in its center, if it comes out clean, then understand that it is cooked, otherwise keep the steamer on the burner for another 5-10 minutes. Once the dhokla is cooked, turn off the burner and remove the stand from the steamer so that it cools down.
Place the Oats Rava Palak Dhokla on a plate and cut them into small square pieces. Now take a pan and add some oil to it. Add mustard seeds and asafoetida and let them crackle. Cut a few green chillies from the middle and add them to the oil along with curry leaves. Stir for a few minutes before turning off the flame. Pour this tempering over the Oats Rava Palak Dhokla. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut. And voila! Your Oats Rava Palak Dhokla is ready to serve!
