Tips to prepare the right stole chur naan at home:

1. Prepare the dough:

Like any other bread, the first step is to prepare the dough for Chur Chur Nan. In a large bowl, mix all-pest flour, salt, baking soda, and yogurt, and knead the mixture thoroughly. Remember to use lukewarm water to knead, as it helps to achieve optimal flour stability.

2. Allow the dough to relax:

Once the dough is completely kneaded, let it relax for at least one hour. This period of rest is important as it allows baking soda to activate, resulting in a fluffy and flexible flour. During this time cover the dough with a damp cloth.

3. Dough balls shape:

After an hour, knead the dough a final, then level it by hand to make a large bread shape. Spread ghee on the surface in general and bend it in length, making several layers. Cut the knife at a two -inch interval using the knife, determine the desired number of naan, and shape them in individual balls. Let the balls rest for a minimum of 10 minutes.

4. Stuffing preparation:

The option of stuffing is completely dependent on you. If potatoes are used, make sure they are cooked and mashed adequately. For cheese stuffing, grind the cheese and mix it with pomegranate seeds, onions, cumin powder, red chili powder and salt. When adding fresh coriander, make sure that it is dry to prevent excess moisture from affecting stuffing stability.

5. Assembleing Naan:

Take a ready flour ball, level it by hand, and keep the desired stuffing at the center. Creating a safe enclosure, lift the dough from all sides and seal the naan. If liked, you can use a rolling pin to roll the naan, or simply level it by hand. Bake the naan on a grill, moist on one side with water to prevent sticking. Cook the naan till it becomes crispy, apply butter and serve.
