Cool, starring Rajinikanth in the lead role, is slated to release on 14 August, 2025. As Lokesh Kanagarj is close to the direction release, the producers are ready to leave several updates.
Recently in social media posts, Sun Pictures announced an update which will come on 23 June 2025 at 6 pm. Sharing the note, the manufacturers said, “Sound Ah Yathu”, update will mean the first single of the film.
After the update by the production house, Rajinikanth’s PR Manager, Riyaz. Ahmed unveiled the rollout schedule for updates on 24 June and 25 June 2025.
The major details are still waiting to be clear, we can expect a poster or promo for a single on 23 June.
Rajinikanth’s porter single update
Talking about the first single, the manufacturers of the Coolie had first dropped a teaser called Chick Vibe. In the short song promo, the superstar was shown dancing to his heart for the music of Anirudh Ravichender, in which the song was chronic by Travendran.
Recent reports suggest that a promo video with TR Rajendran was recently shot and the entire track is likely to leave soon.

Talking about the film, Coolie is an upcoming action -directed by Lokesh Kanagarj. The film, which is asked to include the superstar in a negative-shared role, introduced Nagarjuna Akineni and Upendra Rao as decisive characters.
As Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan makes a cameo appearance, the film has an artist of actors of actors, including Shruti Haasan, Saubin Shahir, Satyaraj, Pooja Hegde (in a dance number), and many more.
The film will hit a big screen on Indian independence weekend, which will release a conflict with Hrithik Roshan and Junior NTR starrer War 2.
Coming to Rajinikanth’s work front, the actor is currently shooting for Jailor 2. Nelson Dilipkumar Direction is a follow -up to the 2023 release jailer, in which superstar has rebuilt his role as “Tiger” Muthuvel Pandian.
Since shooting for the much awaited sequel film is still going on, Nandamuri Balakrishna is expected to create an appearance with an extended cameo role. Apart from this, stars like Mohanlal and Shiva Rajkumar are also likely to resume their roles from the first installment.
