Popular band Coldplay has been making a lot of headlines lately over their upcoming India tour. Tickets for their show in 2025 sold out in no time, with some people managing to secure them while others were left empty-handed. Amul India has now joined in the excitement with a fun post about the same. The post also highlights how fans were left out in the cold.
On September 24, 2024, the official Instagram handle of Amul India shared a post about the Coldplay ticket craze going on in the country. The picture showed Coldplay singer Chris Martin on a screen. He was seen holding a microphone in one hand and butter bread in the other. A ‘Sold Out’ sign was placed in the middle of the screen. The Amul girl pointed towards the screen with a mic in her hand.
Above the photo was a line that read, “Fans left in the cold,” indicating that some fans were not able to get tickets. Below was written, “Would you like some breakfast?” This references one of the band’s famous songs.
The caption of the post read, “Tickets for popular pop band Coldplay’s show sold out, causing much controversy!”

Tickets for Coldplay India 2025 went on sale on September 22. The band is visiting Mumbai as part of their Music of the Spheres tour. They will perform at the DY Patil Stadium on January 18, 19 and 21.
Earlier, filmmaker Karan Johar too acknowledged the ticket fever and penned a significant note on his Instagram Stories. He said, “Dear Privileged, I love that Coldplay and Mini Kelly always keep you grounded… You can’t have everything you want, my dear… Lots of love… Frugal.” Looks like the Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani director too couldn’t manage to get his hands on the tickets.
