Chrissy Teigen is celebrating a large milestone in his health trip. The Cookbook writer shared on Instagram that he has been free for more than two weeks. She posted a screenshot from an app that monitored her progress, showing that she had gone without using an e-cigarette in 14 days, 22 hours and 31 seconds.
“I know, I know, it’s always something with me, but I’m so happy that it’s not for this f —— Animals anymore !!!” Teigen wrote in the caption.
Chrissy Teigen fought with smoking for years and recently decided to leave for good. He revealed his decision at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party on 2 March to use Hollywood. Asked about the drink of her choice for the night, she admitted that she was instead of chewing nicotine gum.
“Don’t smoke! Smoking is bad. If you can stop now,” he said during the interview. “I have been smiling an on-off for a very long time. I have stayed the last time, and I am very proud of myself. But I am also on the shore.”
This is not the first time Teigen has changed a major lifestyle. He had earlier drunk alcohol and is open about his restraint journey.
In 2022, she marked a year without alcohol and shared in a post that she was uncertain if she would never drink again, she no longer wanted to return to her old habits.
At that time, he felt that avoiding alcohol was the best option for him. Teigen originally quit drinking alcohol in late 2020 after the loss of his son, Jack. Although he later accepted some failures, he has maintained restraint for a long time according to people.
Tagen shared four children with her husband John Legend: Luna, 8, Miles, 6, Esty, 2, and Wrain, 20 months. She focuses on her health for herself and her family.
The disease control and prevention center (CDC) warns that e-cigarette contains nicotine, which is excessive addictive and harmful. The agency also notes that VAPE aerosol contains cancer -causing chemicals and other toxins.
