Director Anil Ravipudi had a memorable birthday on Sunday, thanks to a thoughtful move by megastar Chiranjeevi. While on his way to seek the actor’s blessings during the shooting of his upcoming film ‘Mana Shankar Varaprasad Garu’, Ravipudi was pleasantly surprised when Chiranjeevi gifted him a stylish wrist watch.

The film, which is currently progressing on a hectic schedule, is being fast-tracked for a Sankranthi release, a high-risk, high-visibility window for Telugu cinema. The makers have already confirmed the release at the festival, making the project one of the most anticipated titles of the season.
