Tiger Shroff’s Baghi 4 gets a certificate with violence and heavy CBFC cuts for adult materials
Tiger Shroff’s Baghi 4 receives A Certificate after several CBFC cuts for violence and adult materials. The film’s runtime was voluntarily shortened, increasing the sensorship challenges in Bollywood.

Actor Tiger Shroff’s action-thriller ‘Baaghi 4’ has made several cuts despite obtaining only one adult rating from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The examination committee (EC) made audio cuts in a Harsha directory along with 23 scenes.
From religious contexts to violence, nudity and derogatory dialogue, and words have been censored with ‘Tagi 4’, as mentioned by Bollywood hungryEven though the film will be released with a ‘A’ certificate, the film was found after the suggested cuts, the report mentions in the report.
Sensitive view edited from Baaghi 4
The view of the hero standing on a coffin was completely removed. In another example, a character was shown by burning cigarettes from ‘Niranjan Diya’, and EC demanded that each other be removed. Additionally, a scene involving a character was replaced by rubbing a girl’s hand on her hip.
CBFC also hid a frontal naked scene from the film. Further changes included the deletion of the 13-second shot, where a character illuminates cigarettes with a dissected hand. A scene of a knife thrown towards a statue of Jesus Christ was also removed, as well as “the view of the hit of the fist and the tilt of the statue of Jesus.”
CBFC tones violent scenes
CBFC also changed several violent scenes, which are beyond the scene cuts. At three different places, the EC removed the sore throat scenes. Additionally, the shots cutting hands were killed as two shots where the goons were cut off with swords. An 11-second sequence of excessive violence was also completely removed, as well as with a scene in which the murder by a sword in a skull of a sword was depicted.
Objectionable communication sensor
When it came to the audio, the word ‘Breaking B*A’ Replaced, and police use used ‘Happen’ And ‘Fingers’ Was swapped for more appropriate conditions. In dialogue, ‘Brother, you wanted to be a condom mein hi rehna’Word ‘condom’ Was muted. Saying a line ‘Tera Wajud Hi Mit Jayaga God’ Was changed with ‘Sab dekhte reh jayenge’Finally, dialogue ‘Woh bhi darta hai mujhse ‘ Was removed, and ‘Don Khok, Ekadum Ok‘Was muted.
CBFC Certification and Run-Time
Once these changes were made, ‘Tiger 4’ was passed with the ‘A’ certificate. The length of the film, as mentioned on the sensor certificate, is 163.50 minutes, the report states, it is 2 hours, 43 minutes and 50 seconds long. However, three days later, on 29 August, the manufacturers once again approached CBFC as they decided to cut the length of the film.
The period of 19 scenes was shortened and 6 minutes and 45 seconds of the film were removed. The final run time of the action-thriller is 157.05 minutes, ie 2 hours, 37 minutes and 5 seconds. This is the third film in recent times to go for voluntary deduction after obtaining certification, the other two ‘War 2’ and ‘The Bengal files’.
‘Baghi 4’ features Sanjay Dutt, Haranaz Sandhu, Sonam Bajwa and others among the judges and Sajid Nadiadwala.
The Tiger-Sanjay starrer is scheduled to release on September 4, 2025.
