Following his remarkable achievement, Anand Mahindra, president of the Mahindra Group, took a special interest in him.

Sharing his ideas on X, Mahindra expressed that he was “amazed and shocked” and showed curiosity about learning that aid in calculation – not to break records, but to help in the daily business calculation.

The 14 -year -old responded to Mahindra’s query, which mentioned that the technique she used is ‘Flash Anjaan’ and it took her about eight years to correct it.

What is Flash Anjaan and how does it work?

Flash Azan is a super-fast mental mathematics technique based on Japanese Abacus (Soroban), where you imagine and move numbers in your brain instead of crunching them in a normal way. It trains your brain to handle several numbers simultaneously, causing the calculation to almost another nature. Since it taps into the right brain, it increases memory, focus and processing speed – so much that some people can add faster than calculator!

According to Niscal Nirayanam, founder and mentor of Nishal’s smart learning solutions, Flash Anjaan is not only about speed, but also about accuracy and cognitive agility. “It is a powerful tool that trains the right brain, allowing individuals to calculate faster than calculator. Yaran Shukla has a will for the effectiveness of this method of adding 100 numbers in just 30.9 seconds.”

However, Niscal believes that awareness about the benefits of mental mathematics between parents and students is increasing. “Many parents now enroll their children in Abacus and Vedic Mathematics programs outside the school to strengthen their numerical abilities,” they say.
