Call Ten: A modern ejected experience in Delhi that affects

Japanese cuisine is consistently gaining popularity in Delhi, in which many restaurants are opening to fulfill the growing love for the city’s Sushi, Ramon and other dishes. However, not all of them manage to give an authentic experience. While some places serve a underwater version of Japanese flavors, some stand out with their dedication to quality and innovation. One such gem that really affects me is ten.

A unique concept in Delhi’s heart

Call Me Ten takes Japanese Ijakaya Dining to a new level. More than just a restaurant, this is a place where traditional and contemporary Japanese culinary elements come together in harmony. Designed to develop from day to night, it provides two different levels, each for a different experience.

Level 0 is a vibrant, casual dining area, which is perfect for comfortable food, conversation and specialized coffee. The warm atmosphere makes it ideal for both single dinner and social functions.

Level 1 is a high-energy region with a special omcase bar, bold flavor, innovative mixology and premium spirits. With immersive beats and stylish decorations, this is where nightlife and fine drinks blend is originally.

Surrounded by this thought -designed place, I chose to enjoy my food in a comfortable setting of Level 0.

Cocktail: An ideal balance of taste

The cocktail menu in Call Meen Ten is really impressive, and I ensured some samples. My favorite was Zen, a beautiful balanced vodka and a cocktail infected with berries and passionfruits. It was still complicated, which made it a perfect start for my evening.

Another standout was Ninjin Sappai, a Reposado Tequila-based cocktail with a unique depth of taste. And if you are a whiskey lover, you should try a creative mixture of our citrus, whiskey and muld wine that brings a touch of warmth and spices.

A Pak visit through Japan

Call Mein is exceptional like food drinks in Ten. Each dish showed a mixture of traditional techniques with modern interpretations.

Show and orange Zest Gaja – This was one of the best Goja made by me. Showwings were juicy, and the sour zen of orange zest elevated the taste. The minor crunch from the exterior layer made it better.

Spicy Tuna Tartare – While being tasty, this dish had a different raw taste, which cannot be for everyone. If you enjoy the natural taste of fresh tuna, it is worth trying.

Scottish salmon carpaccio – My full favorite! Unlike normal carpasio, it was a unique combination of an orange and trick that was beautifully combined with fresh salmon. This is my top recommendation that anyone has to go to the call me ten.

Misso Chicken Chinton Ramon – I could not leave without trying a bowl of Ramon. It was a pure comfort in a bowl – rich, satisfactory, and packed with layers of texture and taste. The broth was completely balanced, complementing tender chicken and spring noodles.

A sweet end

To score this memorable food, I went to Japanese honey butter toast. If you feel that it is just regular butter toast, then think again! The crispy outer layer gave a soft, inside the spongy, and with a scoop of ice cream at the top, this dessert was no less than heaven.

A food experience is worth repeating

From the beginning to the end, my time in Call Meen Ten was delightful. The thoughtful design, extraordinary food, creative cocktail and hot hospitality made it a standout experience. Staff, especially the manager, ensured that everything was correct, adding the attraction of the restaurant.
